Mahindra XUV 7XO Interior Teased: Triple Screens Revealed, 9S Goes ICE

Mahindra has unveiled the first official interior teaser of the upcoming XUV 7XO, revealing a triple-screen dashbIndian Car Brandsoard design ahead of its launch.

The teaser coincides with the opening of pre-launch bookings for the XUV 7XO, indicating that the SUV is close to its official market debut.

The interior teaser reveals a trio of connected screens spanning the width of the dashboard, comprising a fully digital instrument cluster, a central touchscreen infotainment system, and a dedicated display for the front passenger. This layout closely resembles the setup seen in Mahindra’s latest electric SUVs, underscoring the brand’s emphasis on advanced in-car technology.

The dashboard design appears clean and horizontally aligned, with very few physical buttons visible in the teaser. Most vehicle functions such as infotainment, navigation, vehicle settings, and passenger entertainmentare expected to be controlled through the triple-screen interface. While Mahindra has not yet disclosed details about screen sizes or software, the setup is likely to be similar to that seen on the recently launched XEV 9S.

In addition to the displays, the teaser hints at a more premium cabin experience, featuring layered dashboard elements and soft-touch materials. The steering wheel design and digital instrument cluster also look closely aligned with Mahindra’s latest electric models, suggesting shared components and a common user interface philosophy.

Mahindra XUV 7XO Teased With Triple Screens; XEV 9S to Get ICE Power

Mahindra has confirmed that pre-launch bookings for the XUV 7XO are now open at a token amount of ₹21,000. Customers can reserve the SUV ahead of its expected launch in January 2026, when variant-wise details, pricing, and delivery timelines are likely to be announced.

The XUV 7XO is expected to replace the XUV700 in Mahindra’s SUV lineup and will serve as the brand’s new ICE flagship. It is likely to carry forward the existing XUV700’s 2.0-litre turbo-petrol and 2.2-litre diesel engines, both offered with manual and automatic transmission options.

Once launched, the Mahindra XUV 7XO will compete with rivals such as its sibling, the Scorpio N, along with the Hyundai Alcazar, the newly facelifted MG Hector Plus and its five-seater counterpart, the MG Hector, as well as the recently revived Tata Safari.
